Oh nice, I actually subscribed to that channel just yesterday cause I saw that tournament post he put up. I'm definitely gonna be trying out Parsec in the next couple of days

Im pretty sure you have to be hard wired for the connection to be smooth & does the screenpack and characters matter?

you can maybe try with friend you know who play mugen and do the test.
The screenpack and characters doesnt matter because you are share same mugen game to play not different copy on each computer
