The average price for character creation in mugen starts at $60 USD on the absolute low end (when sprites already exist and are provided) and usually is in the 200-250 USD range on average.

then nobody will really have any idea what you want or how to help you.
You will need to fully articulate the character design you want and provide alot of examples of what you want.
My suggestion to you would be to fully read the commission section FAQ.
You should make sure that you are providing as much information as possible for exactly what you want so you can get an exact price quote from whoever is interested in the commisson.

Character creators wont know what you want or wont be able to give you an accurate price if they dont know all of your requirements.
You will need to be very detailed.
How many moves, what sprites are they using.
Are you supplying sprites or are you also commissioning the sprite artist to create him.
What playstyle ie capcom snk mvc or custom.
Assume that the character creator knows nothing about what you want.
