What is needed is a full sprite sheet, as only one image of the character exists
It will take a little creativity for the moveset

The sprites are by Gram Parson, taken from a MUGEN character made using these sprites

Budget is $500
I can go higher if needed, but would prefer to keep it around there
If the project is more effort consuming than anticipated, negotiation can begin from there

No real timeframe, as long as it's done in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm using a RTX 3060 Ti with 16RAM and an i7-11700F processor, performance won't be a problem

(B) Teleport

(C) Telekinesis Push
(Z) Grabs




[Directional Down]
(X) + ↓ = Spear/Trident
(Y) + ↓ = Flowey Themed
(B) + ↓ = Muffet Themed

[Directional Up]
(X) + ↑ = Spear/Trident
(Y) + ↑ = Asgore Themed
(B) + ↑ = Toriel Themed

[Directional A Button]
(A) + ← = Dodge Forward
(A) + → = Dodge Backward

[Directional C Button]
(C) + ↓  = Push opponent down
(C) + ↑  = Push opponent up
(C) + ← = Pull opponent close

[Grabs]
(Z) + ↓  =

(Z) + →  = Use Trident and Spear to launch player forward

seems there's a shortage of character creators here atm.
It's mostly just stages and screenpacks gettin cooked atm
