The project is looking better than ever.
It's inspiring to see original characters like this in mugen.

Everything is looking really great Hatter! You've put in so much energy in this project and it really showed.

Update: added further background elements to the Shibuya Crossing stage; some background people, from KoF games with minor edits, a new guest to replace Silver Samurai (Daisukenojo "Beat" Bito from The World Ends With You)), a CAPCOM vs SQUARE banner featuring the logo I commissioned from PhantomD, and a Mitsubishi Lancer that was sprited using a free Creative Commons license 3D model from Sketchfab. Vegaz fixed up all the deltas, and will be dropping the update on his release threads.

Additionally, with Tiki done, we are now working on the 4th character of Build 1: Han DaeHan from "Ehrgeiz"; so far, all basic movement is in, and we are now 5 animations away from get-hits being completed:

Han is 50% done, sprite/code wise; all movement and hurt animations are in.

Working on normal/unique attacks, specials and Limit Breaks; 2/23 done:
