Yes, the request can be made however you want. You can decide on the characters, stages, music, rounds, palettes, and the life bar. The only thing that may be an issue is the life bars as a lot of the ones on the archive do not work in my Mugen 1.1 for whatever reason. Also, keep in mind I'm following a queue so your request will take a moment to get to it.
