Since I have no clue how to rename topics, I'll pretty much put all the previews and completed animations that I do from here on out here.

This is one of the animations that I worked on. If you could critique it as well as some aspects that I got right and need to improve, don't hold back.

Same thing here. Tell me what aspects I need to improve on.

Here is the completed animations. I took some of the criticism to heart and applied hit sparks and changed the clouds via spriters resource. Thank you guys for giving me critique.

The fight scenes themselves don't have any problem whatsoever in my opinion.

The action is quite fluid and the attacks and actions of the characters are overall good and fluid.

It is quite an improvement now you have added the hitsparks.

You have definitely improved from the first videos you posted.

Well done.

The next thing you need to improve on, is the background.

The backgrounds are very flat and lifeless.

You should focus on making the backgrounds seem more vivid and deep.

There should always be separation in the layers of any background to give it cinematic appeal.

For example, the mountains and the sky should not be one single flat image.

The mountains and sky should be on separate layers.

Things that are further away should move slower than things that are close.

In mugen this is called "deltas".

In your next videos, you should keep what you have improved on so far, but now focus on improving your background scenery

Thank you. I do need to improve on my backgrounds way more. I could try to use spriters resource or blend in assets from stages for my next animation. Thank you.

Ah cool work dudio, great to see you improving!
yeah the backgrounds are an important part of the video because it makes it pleasing to the eye and make audience watch longer.
What you may need to do if you really want to get your background quality to improve, is make the videos alot slower and
build the stage first and make it perfect, then do the fight animation last.
another thing to look into, would be your camera movement.
Sometimes rather than have the camera move super fast would be to have the camers move slower and pan slowly in and out, or left to right during the fights. kind of like a movie fight scene.
It makes the animation seem more flowing if you get what i mean

To be honest, I wasn't feeling all there with this one. Maybe i'll revisit this someday but for now i'm just going to take time with what i'm working on next.

Sometimes it happens - When we don't feel the magic in the creation.
Not everything will always turn out good and how we want.
The most important thing is the practice you get each time you make something and learn from mistakes and perfect the art.
If you keep it up, you will succeed.
If you follow the advice these guys have given you, you will get better and better.

One thing I will say, is about your text boxes - they seem kind of random and out of place and somewhat lack the artistic flair needed to really make the animation seem "professional" if you get what i mean.

The goal is to make the text box sequence seem like it is inside a real game, or part of the story sequence in the action game.
An example would be to use sound, and have the box fade in, use colors and stylish clean text, and even the face of the characters inside the box too.
Like this for example
