I assume the creator is trying to make a SF vs MK 3D Mugen game and I can see he put so much effort on this one.

Testing Cammy from Street Fighter 5 model has many missing stuff like her portrait , her audio and her custom attires.

The model movement is so awkward and everything looks so stiff.
It reminds me of like virtua fighter 1 but if virtua fighter 1 was in alpha state lol.

Hey fighters, I might come back to EF-12, but not the way I was back in 2019. I treated EF-12 like a fully functional game engine, which led to me getting burnt out. I'll keep EF-12 Fighting Evolution for another time and do some other EF-12 related works. You guys want some characters for this engine?

The problem with this engine is that it lacks support or a community.
Apart from one or two cool looking models like some tekken and street fighter or dbz stuff, the engine just seems clunky.
What it needs for anyone to really bring it to life is a dedicated fanbase.
It would need to be able to showcase something impressive, like near source accurate gameplay and feel from games like tekken, virtua fighter, dead or alive and soul calibur.

You should look into an engine called Unreal Fighter 2D which is similar to mugen but with way more features and unreal engine support.
it maybe a better option for your time and efforts
