Added new Hyper called Eye of the Hurricane.
Fixed hit & guard flag on Dragon Punch.
Fixed after image being played during get hit states.
All attacks now properly change the statetype to Idle after attack hitboxs.
Ultimate Dragon Punch now has velocity forward during initial attack.
Ultimate Dragon Punch is invincible to some attacks during initial attack.
Ultimate Dragon Punch slight damage increase.
Opponent bounces off the wall higher after Dragon Breath hyper.
Updated screen shake & juggle opportunity for some attacks.
Updated AI.
Other minor improvements that I can't remember.
