Patch notes :
- Re-added code for Ryu finisher that was accidentally removed.
Evil Ryu mode has been changed to palette 7-12.
Move list now changes if Evil Ryu.
Ultimate Dragon Punch has been reworked.
Ultimate Fireball has been reworked.
Ultimate Hurricane Kick has been reworked. Air & ground versions are now different.
Fireball's have different hitsounds & added screenshake.
New throw with, hold forward + strong punch. Old throw is now the backwards throw.
Dragon Punch reworked.
Fixed correct jump down anim after AI air combo.
Fixed leaves animation for win pose & adjusted spawn position.
Changed hitflag for air throw so it can catch falling opponent.
Changed movetype on Fireball.
Ignite flame FX sprites now look for self anim # instead of name.
Walk & Run is a little quicker.
Puke & Blood FX should now only work against standing opponents.
Changed air medium hurricane kick to correct animation.
Hyper air fireball has been fixed so it can no longer be hit when ball is phasing out.
All melee attacks reworked for damage, screenshake, power add, velocity, etc..
Reworked/Added screenshake melee attacks.
Hitdef's now change to idle after attack.
New combo & juggle system.
