Here's a double post with reason 
So, after like an hour, I've made a portrait pack filled with 60 small portraits for your screenpack. It's actually 58 (I made two random ones to give it a rounded number lol)
I've also made extra ones for the same character (ex: 2 Ryu portraits with different art) because some people tend to have the same character with varied gameplay styles on their rosters

When you release your SP. Put a folder inside the main directory named PORTRAITS. Make sure to make mine separate from yours. Have a look at Diss's SP for a perfect example. It makes organizing them hell of a lot easier.

Added name fonts to the select screen like Noz suggested
& what do you guys think of this style for the vs ports, I went with a orangy/yellow style like what Aldo suggested
And added a pattern and a blue glow and a overlay gradient.

I'll set up the template so you can choose if you want a Font or no font, the choice will be up to the user.
I will set it up so the versus port will be the win screen port so all you lazy asses don't gotta get over worked
