Okay, yes I would add a BG to those small portraits, preferably the same thing as the randomselect's except without the question mark.

Make the cursors brighter too once you get to making them.


This screenpack is looking great so far man.


BTW, are you going to be trying to keep this usable for most PC's or are you going for a RAM eating beast like CVS 3 SP by Enlightened Shadow?

I think you should try something like a holder for the cursor instead of a glow since everybody makes a glow lol. But then again, it might be too much work. Your choice tbh. Just make sure it's noticable enough but not too much, ya know what i mean?

I could't decide on a holder for the cursor so i made this design but its a glow or blinking
whatever you want to call it lol.
I also added a spot for the stage select, the font isn't final yet (even though I really like this font)
Because its a Ttf font i cant make it a different color or I don't know how, so I will mess with
Photoshop and see what color scheme I can give this font, maybe a purple to go with the random select
blue BG and purple font, will see...

and sorry for the nitpicking, but the blue parts in the small ports are sticking out too much, try it darker. If it doesn't    look good, then just ignore my suggestion lol

So I made two more cursors the purple and a yellow sorta pink/purple/red
and the blue and yellow red i had before wich one should I use or should I add all of them and let ppl decide.

I tired adding a darker blue to the Bg of the small ports and I didn't like it bro not one bit lol.

As for the cursors, I think letting people decide is a great idea, it gives you that illusion of independence  

As for the marco render, I didn't find anything interesting myself either lol.
You could try editing this one's color balance and brightness/contrast though

Hmm, since it's all 32bit you could put in things that were not possible before due to colorloss. The only problem is, I'm out of ideas ._.

you just need something moving behind the portraits and some sort of animation on top and it should be fine IMO.

So I added some orb particles in the background I didn't want to add anything to the front of the portraits because I didn't want to ruin the Art that we all worked hard on :Sponge:  and for now until I get a better idea for the border of the Big Ports I will leave them black since before they were glowing.
I still need to add my own sounds to the cursors, I recorded it in Training so you only see P.1's cursor.

Music sounds great, but it doesn't really match with the SP IMO. It needs something more electronic IMO, since you got all the boxes and shit going on

As for the Menu, with this being 1.1 and all with it's 32bit glory, I think we could help you make a cool GFX art and shit.

The idea I had in mind is quite complex to explain but I hope you understand. You could have a blurred background (preferably purple like the select) with small glowing lights and shit moving around. The main thing would be these badass renders (with gfx) glowing in and out. I'll just make a crude explanation.

@Watta - Yeah that song in the select screen is outdated from my edited version my girlfriend has been begging me to take it off lol, I agree i do need something more Electronic specially with the colors I have going on.

About the glows I will clean them up, and no I didn't use ASD coding its just a simple scrolling with Trans = add.
I'm some what barely getting the hang of coding, but I read today while I was @ work bored, the Docs, and all about ASD coding so I will put that knowledge to work, when I separate the orbs like Pachi mentioned.

As for ASD coding, look around my WIP thread and you should be able to find the tutorial GLB wrote out for me explaining ASD coding. It's quite simple, and it around the first pages too iirc
