I would like a traffic light type warrior character for MUGEN.
He would have beefy body, a STOP sign for a head, and holds a traffic light as a weapon. He would be as beef as Zangief. He would have 5 hypers (including a road roller DA! type move with a truck), 3 specials, and a regen ability.

He will be for MUGEN 1.1

1) If you didn't pay last time why am I going to believe you're going to pay this time?
2) You should specify if you mean sprites or code.

In case it was just the code, I would take it but on the condition of receiving partial payment first or failing that, some kind of proof that you can really pay it.

(As always, I'm not a spriter so if you mean the sprites I'll pass)
