How that's out of the way, there's a little something else I'd like to experiment with.
This is a secret surprise I have kept for a long time and have finally figured out how to do.
And what that is, is another new concept for mugen that will be exclusively added to these Battlecry sample characters.
A minion addon system.
The minion system (similar to killer instinct shadow lords guardians and FInal Fantasy XIV Minion system)
is a custom addon I have been experimenting with where you have on screen pets that follow you.
They donot attack, or interact with the other player, but act as an extra glamour item for your character
to follow them around the stage like in the games I mentioned.
Thanks to my good friend Hatter and his code implementation on his fullgame WIP tessa I was able to create a modified version of this code:

I then removed the irrelevant movement reactions for light attacks which spawn a dissappearance of the minion:

BOOOOOOM SHAKKALAKKA ITS MMMONDAY BOIIIZ.
And while some people like to start their early monday morning with a hot cup of columbian caffeine, I personally like to start mine with some epic & highly experimental codes lol.
So here I would like to demonstrate a test of the custom Minion system that thanks to some advice from my good friend mr Hatter, combined with the codes i showed you all last week,
I have implemented the code system into Our Battlecry retribution Antagonist, Galaxy-Eyes Hiryu!
As you can see, there is a magic wand from Red Earth Tabasa mysteriously following him everywhere he moves on the stage,
Now this is just a test of the coding and system using those sample animations, but now that we know it works, we are going to delete that brown smelly old terd looking wand, and get a little bit XTREME with things....
Now we will start to create the first Minion animations....its gonna get silly boiz!
Who knows what mysterious Minon Addons will unlock for our characters from here.....

That’s a neat trick indeed, I can only imagine other minions types.lol I Ike this man, look forward to the final touches. The flow is of the bird, is smooth. I like how his hair goes up and down. While strider has his own action, in place with no interference. Being the back will look even smoother. Back to the mountains.lol

The minion mechanic is really neat. You can get really creative with that.

Now you thought we would stop there?
Wrong.
Nothing is ever truly finished at Newagemugen until it is PERFECT.
And straight away I could spot several things needing fine tuning to make this a truly, universal
system that can be used in any characters.
The overal size needs to decrease by 0.1x and The vertical scaling I can eyeball is off by approximately 0.05 and the positioning of the flying minion needs to be about 20px higher and 10px closer to the char for
optimal following distance but also not in the way of combat scenes.
So here is the refined result
Now with that over, its time to finish off the rest of the attack sparks.
