4000 yen is not 546 USD bro, its more like $26.00 USD. Thats not too bad if it is only an hours work or something.
The guys here charge around 18 bucks an hour for commissions, so I think that's reasonable. providing its not stolen work etc

Keyser is a talented author, yes. That much I can not deny.

Unfortunately, my view of him is quite negative due to his attitude towards a lot of different things.

The most problematic of which are his paid characters, or "commissions".
