Overflow, also known as Nearl is an enigmatic south american/Hispanic M.U.G.E.N creator.
he is well known in the KOF Mugen community as a highly talented creator.
He is a wel rounded creator, having dabbled in stages, screenpacks and characters.
Not much is known about the creator other than what is available and showcased on their personal youtube channel.
Overflow is known for creating several stylized edits of KOF screenpacks aswell as a number of original artwork based cyberpunk-esque stages and other KOF character edits. HE/She has been active in the mugen scene since atleast 2016.

What stands out about overflows work and presentation compared to alot of the other KOF content is that it has a certain neon style to it and good use of animations and effects that are inline with the style used by Newagemugens top level creators so I thought this guy deserved a spot here on our forum. Very underrated creator that you should check out if you like KOF and want something different
