It's interesting. I've met some of creator from Middle East and they have pretty interesting stuff. One of the things I've came around was (mistakenly called mugen) a particularly Rom Hack called KOF 2005. It was kind of nice, but in my opinion, it didn't deliver any playability. But I guess this thread is going to the recycle bin.
