Kotori is a Chinese KOF/SNK Mugen character creator & editor.
He is best known for creating extremely brutal AI for all of his characters - and is particularly well known for his various KOF Kyo edits such as Kyo-666, Kyo-233 & Kyo-996, and of course possibly his best known edit, a complete rework of Shalmafar's SVC Dragon Ken.
Kotori is mostly active on the Chinese QX Mugen site and the Chinese video sharing platform Billibili, where he shares his characters and videos. While not too much is known about Kotori, he has been active within the Mugen community since atleast 2016.

His edits which are both innovative, creative and also an original take on KOF character editing in comparison to what the KOF Mugen community of the Western/South American fanbases were used to. His characters are both interesting, funny and brutally difficult and sometimes cheap - You do not want to get caught in a combo loop with one of his characters...



His characters are very popular among niche KOF full game youtubers such as YagamiBR, Leon.F, King Algerian and other chinese/korean KOFM fans.
