Ok so here is something interesting I think is worth keeping an eye on for 2023.
There have been a few different attempts by creators over the past 4 years to experiment with Mugen in other 3D environment supporting Game Dev engines such as UnrealFighter 2D, and also Unity by some chinese game devs. Now we actually have a working Beta test build of a Unity Mugen engine build which is quite promising so far!




Notes:
Added input history.
Update on the box collider system.
Updated the basic data of Chars.
Added Gauge control system in Trainner mode.
Added basic enemy actions to Trainner Mode.
Added the move List option.
Added option to change controls.
Added the option to quickly change characters, stages and BMG.
Created new State [GraphcUI] to create interface elements, it has no interference from SuperPause, Pause, and scaling issues.

another mugen clone huh.
Well this seems more interesting because if we can import unity 3D xomposition into it for stage it will open up many more better possibility for making stage because we can make direct in unity and use polygon model
