Mike Obrecht is an American character creator, mostly known for being one of the few people that actually made Mortal Kombat characters for regular MUGEN 1.0/1.1, rather than having all these characters be stuck on the Mortal Kombat Project variation. Outside of that, he hasn't actually done too much. He's made an OC (which I believe is of one of his friends named Matt Lohman, he's also done a very impressive version of Death Adder (from Golden Axe), and created Eyedol (from Killer Instinct).

As you can see here, the AI for his Mortal Kombat characters isn't really that good, they work best when controlled by the player.
As you can see here, he's made a really nice looking Death Adder, but sadly, it lacks a decent AI. Fortunately, included in my file is a patched version with Vensen's AI.
