I don't usually do as much reviews as much as Swagga Kings does but considering which characters and/or stages you'd like me to review, I'll do my best to accomodate.

I'd be happy for you to look at some of my stages. I currently am working on two other WIPs - one of which is in our projects thread, a rival schools stage using actual dreamcast sprites that I remastered myself.
The other is Taki's soul calibur 1 stage but I wont post anything of that one until i have finished my first stage. I have other releases on the newage YT channel though you can already download here

My opinion about your comment on Mugen capers is,
No commentary.
Instead my opinion is you should add the story mode type things.
