Just wondering what everyone does here for exercise.
Do you play sports, go to gym, do martial Arts, or whatever.
Always interesting to hear from others what they do etc.
Also interested what people eat and drink on the daily, your nutrition routines, or any cool healthy recipes and stuff u may all have - haha!.
Also, Steroids does count as health and fitness, not drugs in my book, so if you take those too, let us know your monthly cycle, and what gear your on!
