So, It's been a while I worked on it, and now, I think it's time to release Kula Diana.

Credits goes to Sky79 and Tooya, for the sprites they made for Diana, it helped me.

It's my first sprited character, so the sprites aren't so nice.

What's Done :
- Normal Attacks (Jump, Stand, Crouch)
- 4 Super Attacks (Down, Down then A, B, X or Y)
- 3 Intros
- 2 Winposes
- Taunt
- Hitsparks
- Voice (Kula's Voice)
- [NEW] Combos / Combos with Supers Attacks (Standing & Crouching)
- [NEW] Charge (Power Up)

Note :
There's no palettes. I am not good for palettes, so no palettes for now :/
I work on MUGEN 1.0, so I don't know if it works on WinMugen.

Anything[excluding certain stages] that works in 1.0 works in 1.1.

I'll give feedback later in the day
