Well, not quite. It still feels almost the same as Alpha 4, though added animated Parallax and xshearing on shadows seem like a cool feature. BGCtrls are still screwed up on System and DirectX renderers, though they're functional on OpenGL and zooming projectiles still don't feel complete. Mugen still closes randomly when minimized or when the window loses its focus.
