That one, is sprite editing, using swirlies and glowing lights, with bg elements. I can make another one, just request a sprite and an action of that sprite with w.e theme you want.

It's mostly the brush settings, though I just use normal 50% with some brushes with scattering for the effect.

Looking good, I like the first two. You're pretty good at using text effectively.

I agree with GLB, we suck at text placement
