NenelFX/Nenel.FX is a Brazilian Mugen character Creator/ Mortal Kombat X Enthusiast.
He is best known for his self-titled Youtube Channel, Nene.FX, which showcases his Mortal Kombat X characters for Mugen 1.1 that use 3D rendered sprites extracted from Mortal Kombat X, together with his brother Greg.
A relatively latecomer to the Mugen scene, He has been active in the Mugen community since atleast 2020.



He does not speak English and mainly uses google translate to communicate with his audience and showcase content



Beyond Mugen

In April 2024, NenelFX Announced he will be releasing a new Mortal Kombat game for the Ikemen Go Mugen clone engine, which adds support more 3D stages

This is pretty cool stuff.
I'm not really a MK guy but i can appreciate the 3D modelling and sprite compiling effort he goes through to produce these

Will these characters have a patch to enable them to used against regular characters? So far some of Lui Kang's attacks cause a stutter issue with regular characters rendering them unable to move or respond to input unless attacked again which is entirely unfair I'm sure the other characters will have similar cause and effect actions too when gone against. Will say these characters are awesome been deep diving the web for 3d characters of a certain art style and these fit perfectly there's just the issue of compatibility. Keep up the awesome work can't wait to see the ikemen go game you're creating.

Yes t is amazing to see so many more 3D creations appearing in the Mugen universe now.
And the Ikemen support for 3D stages is added so maybe the future will also be the same for 3d model characters.
If we see a day of 3D characters models from Tekken, street fighter or sould calibur or even king of fighters games it will be the golden era of fighting games reborn in Mugen again. Big respect to NenelFX for his efforts and I hope he continues to improve his skils

NenelFX's characters aren't designed for the "Mugen as is", but for the famous mod "Mortal Kombat Project". I suggest using them with the latest and finest MKP versions: with "Chaotic New Era 2024" build of MKP, or with Antares' Dreamchaser. Personally I plan to use them right that way. But I haven't yet tested them really thoroughly, so, for now, I can, from my side, guarantee nothing.

Let your prowess give you the idea to make Kollector at last!
