Hey there guys. I'm still interested in MUGEN but I would like a cheap Rugal edit called "Mystic Rugal"

He will be stronger than the original Rugal, will have KOF-style sprites, has a quick AI and will have the strength to defeat Rare Akuma in a minute.

I know I'm not into cheapies myself, but it would be cool to see this edit in style.
