So I found this random website while doing some google searches.
It is a Moroccan Mugen site created by an unknown webmaster with the purpose of spreading the knowledge of Mugen to Moroccan fighting game fans and Albanian fans.

It is very outdated looking, and uses many url links to older Mugen site resources such as randomselect forum, and Mugenguild database.

It has a few hosted creations, mostly old stuff but who knows, there may be a few gems there in the rough.
An interesting piece of Mugen history anyway
