EDIT FEEDBACK:

Yo, bro. Good looking stage so far, it needs some adjustments though:

What're those floating particle things? They don't seem too neccessary.
Also, you have white lines around your fish still.
Maybe instead of having your deltas as 2,1 you can change them to 1,1 or possibly 1,1.5.
Also, your water effect needs an update it seems. I can't quite put my finger on it, but something doesn'ty seem right.
And I know i've said this before, but you should adjust your floortension and vertical follow. Vertical follow higher, floortension lower. Possibly floortension = .95 and vertical follow = 60?
I'd also just like to point out that I liked what you did with the mountain glow, maybe you could make that animation a bit slower?
