try to increase the saturation on DIzzy pals basically just darker the shading a bit more specialy on the Pink and Blue palette.

Is a good start tho.

As Excahm pointed out you should work on the shading. There's a fantastic tutorial on youtube by Twon/Cool Black Guy or whatever he goes by.

Nice start so far, perhaps doing pals based on something else? Those are always fun.

Ohh, that last one looks pretty cool. The yellow linings should be darkened a little though, because they're too bright, and stand out too much, in my opinion.

Also, that blue one on the upper right's contrast is too strong, in my opinion.

I'll take your advice. But can you consider the DarkBlue one? I kinda like it though XD. And the BlackGlow palette, I did that so that she'd glow on Dark Stages.

They're your palettes. Do what you think is best.

Ah! I forgot, the last one supposed to be a boss palette. But it's up to you and the rest how you'll use it. XD

I really like the 4th and 5th, the final could use some work though, the scythe really throws it off.

To be honest, I really don't like changing the skin tone colors for me it ruins the image.
