What mugen version you use.
What pc specs you have.
What localcoord you use.
What resolution stages you want.
Do you want existing stages from KOF games or custom.
And also how much is your budget.

Commission requirements:

To create a 1280x720p Custom original KOF ARENA or Stadium stage as per sample images or similar.
As per dicussed with client on discord, "Client is happy for the stage to be based off KOF XII Arena or similar as the smash ultimate arena was just a template.

Special requirements: Wide zoom.
Addition requirements: NO

Ok so i have started putting all of the pieces together. there is alot of animation in this one.
I am going to have to edit the images manually to make it bigger and wider.
I may combine it with other areas too
Just started compiling the skeleton framework of the stadium. I have my friend helping me on this as its alot of work:

Here is another update - this stage will be very very huge.
Much larger than normal KOF stages.
So you will be able to use in the future with may different types of character like MVC character or DBZ.

It was my friend's idea to merge 2 stages together to make 1 mega stage.
There are 2 colliseum in KOF XIII so i will make it look like when you jump, there is another sky stadium above it with more crowd watching see.

I have a question, do you want pao pao cafe and esaka to be low-res but extended and coded for 1280x720 with zoom?

I am about 60-65% complete.
I have manually reconverted and cleaned all of the lighting animations for the stadium.
I have also added enhanced lighting effects on the camera flash animations that were not in the original game
