Just wondering what everyone does here for exercise.
Do you play sports, go to gym, do martial Arts, or whatever.
Always interesting to hear from others what they do etc.
Also interested what people eat and drink on the daily, your nutrition routines, or any cool healthy recipes and stuff u may all have - haha!.
Also, Steroids does count as health and fitness, not drugs in my book, so if you take those too, let us know your monthly cycle, and what gear your on! WeedGrin WeedGrin

im not fat or anything but im not really healthy. I've been trying to make a point lately to drink more water than usual, and more often.

I walk like 10 miles a week minimum, so i guess that's why im not too bad off

10 Miles!? Goddamn legs be on some Forrest Gump Tom Hanks action.

Last time I walked that much on the regular was back when I was @ College when i had no car.

It was 45min by train then about 25/30mins walk from station through city to top of a steep ass terrace.
It was steep as hell. It was probably about a mile & a bit walk twice a day.

You'd think so. I mean they're nice imo, but if I went to gym then they'd be holier than thou bwahaha
My thighs could use some work but i mean, im not looking at that shit or care enough

I'm pretty lax on weekends so maybe that's why i dont look like someone photoshopped The Rock's legs on me lmao

Damn then your legs prob ain't that different from mine

Ironically i miss that poor no car college lyfe. had to walk/bus/train/taxi shit everywhere but time moved slower, met more interesting people and actually stopped to look at scenery and shit haha.

lol they might be. But i never skip leg day tho =D
All I know is my front squat I only do about 100 for 4setsx10/11reps, back squat is like 160ish for 4x11/12 on a good day & calf raises I do about 260-270 for 4x12. then i do the quad extenders & hamstring curls on some 60-90 lightweight shit for mad reps to failure as a finisher.
I stopped doing stupid ass back squats about 5 years ago when i realized how bad that shit it long term on your neck & lower back.
