Since I'm literally quite new to the whole mugen scene and havnt figure out how to install this one yet. Would someone please be kind and help me out with maybe a quick video tutorial or a screenshot guide of the folder structure/placement and what to write in system.def?

I could offer money if someone needs encouragement :)

So I'm up and running and everything seems working really good. I'm just wondering.
In early YT videos from Shiyo Kakuge himself there seems like the earlier release might had the key_input displayed at the bottom instead of the most recent updates seems show it on the side.

Is there a way to go back and have the key_input just like this with the latest add004?

Sort of. I wouldn't necessarily say stage interaction but It adds things like what you mentioned via custom states to characters and stages via the use of triggers and patches. It's mainly used for Tag system and point system and camera control.
There is a new engine in development based called IKEMEN Go which is a mugen clone engine which offers more technical stage interaction
