Nah seriously he is the more hard to beat boss i have on my mugen.
He just block w/e just launch to him and if you get close he just grab you and punch you (which looks cool).

I've seen people at arcades cheat his AI. They probably memorized the pattern, or found the exploit(s). I'm not sure if this version of Saiki has similar AI compared from the source, but god damn it's hard.
