I used to play Thunder Force way back on SNES, it's a good shooting game. I like the last weapon option.

Daioh IS awesome! it's tha only six-button shooter i know of. 3 different shots, 3 different bombs, all usable immediately. shots get power'dup, that's it & if you do it right, shots 1 & 3 can be combined. it's challenging w/o tryna throw you in tha world of a Bullet Hell [tho this joint came out right before those start hittin' arcades, i believe], tha bosses are kinda huge, & tha sfx & music's kool too. overall, it's a great Shmup.

indeed. 1 thing it reminds me of is just how much of an Arcade World Warrior i truly was. i would either go to 1 i know, or just on a whim try & find a new 1 somewhere. this started when i lived in Clarksdale, Ms, & continued when i moved back to Chicago. i done walk'd to &/or discover'd so many random arcades to play in, it's astounding, mind-boggling even.

hell, some of my closest friends that i still hang with now, some of which i've known for up to 20+ years [vids of some of us playin' arcade together comin' soon!], we all either met each other in, or thru, tha arcade. isn't that somethin'?!
