You should remove the spaces in your .def and .sff file. Replace them with underscores.
You also left semicolons on your floor anim, making it not visible. This is just opinion, but your floor is more suitable on that animation rather than what you have currently, the sprites just need better blending.
Example:
If you fix that it'd fit better and not look like the characters are in the water at times.
Also, your floor sprite can be cropped in Fighter Factory. Also try to avoid placing huge backgrounds in your .sff, try to cut them up and tile to avoid your .sff being even larger than it should be. (Just for future reference)
Other than that everything seems nice. I'd like to see more from you.

Lol, I just saw this place in Mark's website. I am always looking up for new forums, this one was filled with stages so I thought it will be good to join this one and I will get a chance to improve my stage making skills.
